The Jonathan adventures

A time lord clone of the doctor and the master made by the Kavarian chapter altered the DNA for a better weapon than Melody Pond aka River Song just in case they needed a backup. He then meets the 13th Doctor with Yaz, Graham, and Ryan. He explained everything to them and after they told him all of their experiences with the doctor he had a better idea of who his clone parents are. The Doctor after a deep conversation with him in the TARDIS and felt better about who he was and is. She asked her technical son about what he knows. He told her everything and she asked him which one did he want to be more like. He answered a better version of both of them and a more heroic one too. The Doctor smiled at this moment and approved of this. He asked her if a job title has to be among the titles he considers and she responded "No, not really, you can take anything as your title." he asked her," What was the alias you went by back when you were a man?" The Doctor replied," John Smith, Ahh which of those names are you thinking of for your title?" he responded with a question and asked," What is the longer name of John?" The Doctor said," Jonathan, is that the title you're considering?" he simply said," Yeah, I guess you approve?" The Doctor responded," Oh, more than approve. I'm flattered." The Doctor then proceeded to test out his knowledge and ran him through some tests universally and in timelines with him having passed all of them with flying colors. The Doctor then administered the oath-taking and then finished the ceremony with him taking up the name of Jonathan. After a few years of traveling with her and her companions The Doctor then asked him where he wanted to be dropped off and his response he replied with was," America, you can't always be there to protect that part of Earth, right?" The Doctor replied," I suppose not, you offering to keep tabs on that part of Earth?" Jonathan replied," It would be my honor, Doctor." She then said," Alright, let's go." after a few years he had been defending Earth keeping tabs on it, and even made a wrist version of the TARDIS modeled after his dad's TARDIS and The Omnitrix from Ben Ten both interpretations all in one design. He made a sonic screwdriver modeled after both his dad's 13th and 10th incarnations with some of the design of his wrist TARDIS on his first solo outing which was in Kentucky.
