A time lord clone of the doctor and the master made by the Kavarian chapter altered the DNA for a better weapon than Melody Pond aka River Song just in case they needed a backup. She is a close friend of the Jacksoner's and they visited each other growing up and playing 19-dimensional video games and helping him and Jouroctor with all three still close friends. They have had to stop stuff altogether as a team, hanging out, and investigating cases with one another when they need to. The Tasker travels space mostly and time occasionally.

The Voter is a time lord from Jonizicrey that has all political expertise and is the Jacksoner's zyoctirism teacher and a friend to both his parents Riverton and Romana. He teaches everything and about the history of Gallifrey and how Jonizicrey is striving to be better and how to debate anyone properly. He has courses on the doctor's history and the division agency history, and importance theory.

The Circle Cascade Institute that investigates stuff in the USA and abroad founded by Rex now having infused himself with the blood of captain Jack Harkness of Torchwood who also supports the doctor and the CIRCLE.CASCADE.INSTITUTE supports not only just the doctor but also the Jacksoner with both institutions getting help from both of each other and both the doctor and the Jacksoner but the two time lords have yet to meet each other. They both get called up every now and then. Having heard about each other and their adventures of course the jacksoner already having heard most of them and decided to surprise him with the identity of both his parents.

The barter is a timelord from Jonizicrey that does nature experiments without regard for the species that the experiments are being done on. The Jacksoner has had to stop him a few times cause of the most extreme experiments on Earth and other places. They had clashed a few times some of his experiments went into the political world and the Jacksoner had to stop those too and Jouroctor and the Jacksoner sometimes had to team up to stop him a few times. The brotherhood of Aven a group of time lords related to Karn it's sibling planet that does exchanges with them had to intervene a few times as well.

A human race made like River Song exactly with all of her abilities and skills with a much higher regeneration ability throughout their whole lives and all made from future kids of all of the doctor's companions from and in the past adventures and modern adventures in the same type of way that River Song was made. Put on a planet made by the remains of Earth after the sun expanded and the remains of all of the dead tardises in the entity planet house's pocket universe. The planet made by the resulting collision of both sets of remains and the remains of the eleventh doctors exploding TARDIS is called Aeoritrey home of the Arychritc with all of the abilities of both human and time lords with a lot more technology than both separate species. They joined the Jonizicreyan union and have traded with all of the partners of the union and Gallifrey.
